Niagara Ventures has been developing industrial real estate properties since 1982.  In addition to real estate development, our management team has a wide range of business experiences that includes managing manufacturing entities and service companies.  We have worked closely with both domestic and international companies on build-to-suit projects, which have led to long-term relationships and multiple development projects for the same clients.
